Welcome

I just wanted to lay out some rules and information about this blog.
1. This blog is to be safe blog that girls can read. So please keep that in mind if you are going to comment etc.
2. This blog is specifically for girls (prob. 8-15, my other blog is for 14+), but anyone is welcome to read. In fact I encourage moms especially to read if their daughters do.
3. Just so you all know, there will be other thing like pictures, links, and videos at the bottom. (all will either be informative and moving, or wholesome fun).
4. If there is anything I post that it for older girls (or older people in general) I will specify.(but this will be rare)
5. If you like what you read please pass it on.
6. Enjoy!
Well,

I am going to try and catch up on my blogging, so I will only tell the best stories.

We went on a campout with our co-op and we were going to Sun River. when we got there it was nice and just alittle chilly. Then at night everything went wrong. first off, there were 5 boys and 4 girls and we were both in 4 person tents. so all four of us girls are cramed in this little tent with air mattresses side to side. I was sharing my air mattress with Rachel M. and she asked me what time it was in the middle of the night. I thought it must be atleast 3. But when I looked over I saw that it was 1 am! Our air mattress was flat as a pancack and it was freezing cold. BTW it was the middle of June. I looked over at Rachel and asked her if we should blow up the mattress, I did. We got in the small crack bettween the two mattresses and I blew up the double sized air mattress with my mouth! we went back to sleep and woke up around 4:30 and went to the (thankfully) warm showers. We even put on make-up because we had nothing better to do.

Oh and this whole time... it's snowing! It really was snowing! We came back to the camp and all the guys were up and one of them had gone to the lodge to see the temperature and it had been as low as 25 degrees!! so were we all cold and there was no place that was open, and we had been told on past campouts not to go into the moms trailor untill they let us in. So we ate the fisshy crackers untill the eary riser of the moms let us in around 6:30-7:00 and we all swarmed to the door.

here are some pictures!

It ended up that it snowed the whole day!
And even more funny is the fact that it got progressively hotter all week and we went to eagel crest to play minature golf for Greg's birthday and I came home with a sun burn!

All in all it was a good trip, and the weather was all over the place.

Joelle
